We are excited to have you participate in our Virtual Annual General Meeting! We are anticipating an opportunity to have more of our members participate, as travel is not a requirement.

If connecting on a Tablet, or Smartphone, we recommend downloading the app on the app store. To download Zoom visit: https://zoom.us/support/download
The meeting will work best if you have a device (Computer, Tablet, or Phone) with a Camera. By connecting with a device, that will give you the ability to vote on motions electronically as per the call of the chair.

If your internet is not strong at your location – follow these steps
1. Join the Zoom meeting with the link provided.
2. When prompted click Dial-in, and you will be provided with a method to connect via telephone.
3. To mute/unmute your line, press *6. To raise your hand (to speak) dial *9.
4. If you are connecting through a Smart phone/Tablet you will need to return to the Zoom App. That way
you will be able to view reports and see participants.

During presentations, all callers will be muted so all participants can hear.
If you would like to pass a motion or speak, you can unmute your line and address the meeting.
